Separately, Patria announced that the Finnish Defence Forces and Sweden's Defence Materiel Administration (FMV) have signed an implementation arrangement covering cooperation on the planned procurement of tracked armoured personnel carriers.
The agreement enables technology cooperation related to the pre-series procurement of the Patria Trackx vehicle and could also support future follow-on acquisitions.
AdvertisementThe announcement marks another step in the development of the Trackx programme, which Patria has positioned as a next-generation tracked platform capable of operating in demanding Nordic and Arctic environments.
According to Patria, both Finland and Sweden have shown strong interest in the vehicle, reflecting requirements for mobility and survivability in challenging terrain and climatic conditions.
